Best Practices for Delivering Learner Feedback to Improve Performance: An Interactive Simulation-based Workshop

An interactive workshop to improve faculty skills in delivering feedback to learners to improve their competencies and performance.

1. Improve the assessments the faculty make and the feedback they give when they observe trainees with patients
2. Describe new concepts and principles in feedback
3. Evaluate feedback as a conversation/dialogue
4. Develop a personal action plan for changes in their own educational program

$75 per person, limited to 16 participants

In support of improving patient care, Maine Medical Center (MMC) is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
