1. Evaluate where AI-generated medical response outperforms and underperforms human clinicians, particularly in accuracy, consistency, professionalism and emotional engagement when handling complex and sensitive patient queries.
2. Identify Practical, evidence-based ways AI can be integrated into clinical workflows to improve efficiency and reduce clinical burden, while preserving patient trust, empathy and ethical standards.
