Course Overview
This activity includes speakers and topics of interest to Palliative Care clinicians and clinicians active in clinical ethics. Typical format is speaker presentation followed by Q&A.

Objectives
  1. Participants will be able to discuss the legislative intent and implementation of Maine’s recently enacted medical assistance in dying law
  2. Identify practical steps they can take to advocate at the state government level for health care services and legislation they feel are important from a population health perspective.
