Course Overview
The Costas T. Lambrew Research Retreat brings together scientists, clinicians, and allied health professionals to share basic/ translational , clinical/population, and health professions education research, along with quality improvement work produced at MaineHealth and other academic centers in Maine.

Objectives
  1. Summarize ongoing research projects at MMC, MMCRI, and affiliates.
  2. Describe an animal model of addiction as discussed by Vivek Kumar, PhD, The Jackson Laboratory
  3. Explore special research topics and propose new collaborative projects while engaging with MaineHealth colleagues.

Accreditation

In support of improving patient care, MaineHealth is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
