LEARNING OBJECTIVES FOR THIS PRESENTATION:
- Attendees will be able to describe the process of specialty care access.
- Attendees will be able to list barriers to specialty care along the various stages of the referral         process, and  interventions that attempt to overcome access barriers.
- Attendees will be familiar with current research and advocacy related to the supply of pediatric subspecialty care.
- Attendees will be motivated to explore the factors influencing subspecialty demand in practice     and systems.
