1. • Introduce the patient presentation and clinical course
2. • Discuss the diagnostic approach and acute management of hypertensive emergency
3. • Review systemic manifestations of severe hypertension
4. • Review the histopathologic diagnosis following renal biopsy
5. • Review the treatment and prognosis of postinfectious glomerulonephritis
