Grand Rounds weekly 1 hour lecture focused on evidence-based medicine and practice improvement related to OBGYN providers.

1. Understand the leading domains of professional satisfaction
2. Appreciate the impact of social connection on overall wellbeing at every level of the organization
3. Describe how peer support is an effective intervention to promote a culture of wellbeing and key concepts that peer support addresses (second victim syndrome, self-valuation, imposter syndrome)

In support of improving patient care, Maine Medical Center (MMC) is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
