Monthly Interventional Radiology Morbidity & Mortality Conference

1. After participating in this activity, learners will be able to demonstrate improved teamwork and communication skills by collaborating on patient safety strategies during case reviews.
2. After participating in this activity, learners will be able to apply lessons from reviewed complications to make more informed clinical decisions and improve patient outcomes.
3. After participating in this activity, learners will be able to identify common interventional radiology complications and apply strategies to prevent them in future procedures.

In support of improving patient care, Maine Medical Center (MMC) is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. MMC can accredit continuing education activities with the following credit types: Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE), Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB), American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and American Psychological Association (APA). Registered Dietitians (RDs) and Dietetic Technicians, Registered (DTRs)
