2. Describe the biggest challenges faced by the Department.
3. By the end of grand rounds session, each attendee will be able to: Describe the importance of public health initiatives and funding for Pediatric health priorities
4. By the end of grand rounds session, each attendee will be able to: Discuss socio-cultural and economic factors impacting the health of children nationally and internationally.
5. By the end of grand rounds session, each attendee will be able to: Discuss best practices for Pediatric Medical Education.
6. Describe successes in clinical care, education, advocacy and scholarship.
7. Describe future opportunities for advancing the Department.
