We are excited to be moving forward with our Joint Accreditation (JA) project, https://www.jointaccreditation.org/. In anticipation of our new JA accreditation status, coming January 2021, there will be changes to the application process throughout the month of June.

Important Changes

  • The new JA application will mirror the CIPD Activity Planning Template
  • Application must be submitted 6 weeks in advance of the activity (if you have an urgent education need contact the CIPD team here)

CloudCME Policy    - Addendum  Conflict of Interest Policy


Due to COVID-19, we realize some of your activities may have been postponed or cancelled. During this time, if you would like your activity restructured into a virtual format, please feel free to do so without changing your application or approval. Please contact us at 
cloudcmehelp@mmc.org and we will be happy to assist you should you have any questions.

How do I get access to the administration portal? 

A request must be made to cloudcmehelp@mmc.org , along with any courses you'll be responsible for. In addition to a request for access, training is also required to use the database. 

How long do I have to enter attendance in?

DME Policy is that attendance is to be entered within two weeks of the event occurring. While we understand extensions are sometimes necessary, if data is not entered in a timely fashion CME credits cannot be guaranteed. 

Can I advertise that I'm offering CME?

You absolutely can! However, you should first ensure that your event is approved, and look for the amount of approved credit hours before noting it on any documentation.
